Selected volunteers will be invited to attend ICEA’s Leadership Training sessions. This mandatory training is required for volunteers who want to coach or teach.
After training, volunteers are matched with events or programs based on their strengths and interests.
We celebrate the hard work and dedication of our volunteers through certificates, awards, and letters of recommendation. Eligible volunteers may also apply for scholarships.
